Our Levels of Coaching

Level 2

Our Junior Coaches who have gone through our Pinnacle internship. They are experienced in delivering the foundations of fitness, both scientific theory and practical skills to the general population.

Level 3

Strengths and Conditioning Coaches who have experience delivering to general population and professional athletes alike. They are the main leads for curating training programmes and quarterly testing. They also deliver workshops and seminars to the general population and athletes.

Level 4

These are our most Senior Strength and Conditioning Coaches that who have vast experience leading and delivering to professional athletes and teams. They are also our Facility Managers who head and train their own team of Strength and Conditioning Coaches.
