You and the coaching team are fully supported by a Lead Physiotherapist on site who will work with you to ensure you have good mobility and specific exercises for any pre-existing conditions.


Our Physiotherapist is a regulated health professional who is a recognised expert in pain management and physical rehabilitation. She has vast experience in treating a variety of musculoskeletal conditions using only the most up to date manual therapy techniques and rehabilitation protocols.

At Pinnacle, we treat clients of all ages with varying degrees of musculoskeletal health conditions. Evaluating the physical needs and abilities of each individual is crucial to implementing a treatment plan to relieve pain, improve function

Musculoskeletal conditions we often encounter and successfully treat, but not limited too;

  • Sporting injuries

  • Post-operative rehabilitation: shoulder, knee, ankle and spine

  • Overuse, repetitive or recurring injuries

  • Soft-tissue muscle and ligament injuries

  • Back and neck pain including sciatica

Get to know Biddy

Biddy is our in-house Hong Kong registered Physiotherapist at Pinnacle BLACK. She has a wealth of experience in helping individuals from all backgrounds get back to doing what they love and achieving their goals.

Hailing from New Zealand, Biddy is registered with the Hong Kong Physiotherapy Board and has gained a multitude of experience working in both New Zealand and Hong Kong. Her experience spans a large range of clientele from national rugby players and olympic lifters to youth and active mothers. She has a strong manual therapy toolset complimented by excellent on-floor gym knowledge.

Biddy’s strong clinical eye and personal background in sport, along with her evidence-based rehabilitation knowledge means her patients are always able to train to their full potential. She has been lead physiotherapist for an array of provincial and national sports including boxing, netball, rugby union, rugby 7s and basketball. She has worked alongside some of the most globally recognised therapists, coaches and strength and conditioning coaches.

A keen sportswoman herself, Biddy has played provincially, both Rugby Union and Rugby 7s for a number of years. She has also Amateur boxed both nationally and internationally in New Zealand and Australia with great success.

Biddy graduated from the University of Otago in 2015 and holds a Bachelors of Physiotherapy (Distinction). She is also working toward completing her Masters of Sports Physiotherapy.
